QIGONG PRACTICE
Qigong practices use movement, breath and intention to improve mental and physical well being. Qigong movements promote balance, flexibility, strength, inner calm and resilient vitality. There are many Qigong forms - with movements similar to Tai Chi in flow and balance. Most forms are suitable for beginners, as well as experienced students looking to deepen their practice.

All you need is space to bend forward and to stretch your arms around you, clothing which does not restrict movement and openness to a fresh experience. All forms in this class may be performed standing or in a seated position.
