8:00 - 8:30 AM
Monday Morning Qigong
Monday Morning Qigong is designed as a 30 minute touchstone for centering in preparation for the week ahead. The practices will deepen breath, vitalize your body and relax your mind. All you need is space to bend forward and to stretch your arms around you, clothing which does not restrict movement and openness to a fresh experience. All forms in this class may be performed standing or in a seated position.
